Quite agree with what Dr. Sunil commented.. Though this site is for helping people to know something, we must avoid answering / discussing such mail asking to help them doing their office routine job. I am not going to be harsh to the person seeking help here but as Dr. Sunil pointed out in this way we are not helping them but spoon feeding.
