I submitted all my data in my EPFO KYC and submitted claims. However, coincidentally, I found that my bank account number was wrong. EPFO approved my claim and finally settled it. The amount is deducted from my EPF but has not been credited to my bank account. Can someone please tell me what I can do in this situation?

Please find enclosed the PF Re-authorization Form. Kindly get the form signed and stamped by the Ex-Employer and send it along with a copy of your PAN Card and a cancelled Cheque to the regional office for further processing.

Few questions:
1. The sample form applies to the Maharashtra region only. So for other regions, can one write the text in a document with appropriate details, take a printout, and get the ex-employer's signature?
2. If the ex-employer is not available, whose signature can one take?
3. Does one need to visit the regional EPFO office, or can one send it by courier/registered post?

Please solve my problem regarding PF withdrawal. The first thing is when I withdrew my amount, I provided one bank account. However, at that time, my bank account was closed. Can I send a reissue form to my ex-employers and my new bank account? Every time I send it, they reject my forms. Please, can anyone help me? I need assistance from your side. Also, they are asking for a member letter. What does that mean?
The second thing is in the ASR form, can I take anyone's signature or should it be my ex-employer's signature? Please help me with this.
