Better to opt for Manipal University. Still my suggestion is, if you want to do MBA, do it from good institute.
1. NIIT and IGNOU have tied up and they have lectures via video conferencing.
2. NIIT and Reliance have tie up with IIMs, IIT and XLRI
3. Symbiosis again has distance and part time (only at Pune)
4. Wellingkar in Bombay has distance learning programs..
There are so many options available...
