With reference to your email, I would like to inform you that you have changed your employment and the previous employer does not have any right to suggest not to withdraw your PF. You have the option to withdraw by applying and getting it signed by any MLA, MP, or any officer of the rank of a Gazetted Officer. Still, the application submitted by you will be sent to your previous employer for attestation.

Regards,
V. Rama Mohan Reddy.

Dear Driksha,

Nobody can cease your right to withdraw PF amount deposited with PF Authorities. There is no need to beg your old employer. Get Form-19 & 10C attested by a gazetted officer or bank manager, and you can apply. My advice is to transfer that amount to your new P.F. account number with your new employer if you are a PF deductee in the new employment.

Dear All,

Please be informed that for a withdrawal, we need to fill up forms 19 & 10C. These forms need to be attested by your ex-employer. There is no way to escape this requirement, and there is no need to wait for an annual return. Your ex-employer will fill up the break period contribution and forward it to the PF office. The PF office will not process the claim until your ex-employer attests to it.

Thank you.

Hi, I worked at Rainbow Hospital for 2 years and 11 months. Before leaving, I completed my PF form with my signature for the withdrawal of PF amount and gave it to my friend. However, now the PF office is telling me that I have to submit an online letter. I just want to know how to submit the online letter. Thank you.
