Dear All,
I am working in a Power Industry as HR. My doubt is If any employee is given Compensate Off (C.OFF) instead of Cash Payment (for OT), this C'OFF will be treated as PRESENT DAY and while calculting ELs at the end of the year, this C'OFF also will be taken as Office Present day by the employee. AM I CORRECT.
Please Clarify me.
