Dear All, Employees drawing 3.5k & above r not eligible for Bonus but the company may give the employees ex-gratia amount.

Please check with new amendment in payament of Bonus Act ... that is monthly salary 10,000 and wage celling is 6500.

Dear Member,
According to section 8 of the payment of Bonus Act, 1965 every employee shall be entitled to be paid by his employer in an accounting year, bonus, in accordance with the the provisions of this Act, provided he has worked in the establishment for not less than 30 working days in that year.
