Fully disagreed with such one sided facts... smartness, capabilities, leadership, honesty, kindness all these characteristics are not gender specific.
Such characteristics are depend on the reading, upbringing, background, thoughts etc.
Further, never forget that women upliftment, such thought has been evolved by the Males only never forget Guru Nanak Dev ji, Kabir, Raja Rammohan Roy, Ramkrishna Pramahansa etc...
They were enough smart to know that smarthness is not gender specific.

The wise men of this world know different and treat women with respect whether she is at home raising his children, has a career or is working.
Women and men are very different. Women like to live in peace and accept things rather than to change everything, whereas men tend to be much more focused on doing things, changing things, making toys and so on. Consequently that vast majority of scientists and engineers are men. If women had led the world for the last few thousand years, we would be living in dark but prettily decorated caves, eating berries and vegetables, with a maximum world population of about 60 million, all that can be supported by pre-technology nature.
