If you are worked more than 4 years 240 days then you are very much liable to your gratuity. Because for gratuity a one full year is counted based on 240 days not on 365 days. As per my knowledge there is a judgement on this case by then madras high court regarding the same. If you have the access of Current Labour Report or you have to contact any good consultant who can provide you the same judgement. Based on this you can claim gratuity.
