I am heading an institution as well as reporting to somebody; this means I have to play the roles of a boss as well as a subordinate. The best way is to apply pragmatism. Do your duty well. Be systematic, be sincere, appreciate the goodness of others. Don't be afraid to question the wrong actions of others, which are detrimental to the organization. Everywhere there will be some organizational gossip, politics, etc. Safeguard yourself and don't get scared. Be yourself. Contemplate well, "go inside" and look at your mistakes often.
