Dear Neha,
Noone can issue termination letter directly without any show cause notice, enquiry etc.
Please, find the attachment of PPS that explain you how can take the disciplinary action.
You can file a compliant in your area Labour commissioner (conciliation).
If you have any higher department officials support only continue your job in same organization. Otherwise, find out the good job. If you continue your job you have to face such type of politics. You can't focus on your career growth. This is my advice.

Dear Neha,
Your situation is very tricky to read and the decision which has been made by the company against you is not fair and the mean time you need to find what are the things happend in the perticulat meeting which you attended last .
The HR person has the bridge between you and the compay, according to your statement the HR is not playing the part what he/she possess.
For the valuable suggestions given by the peers and you need to follow the legal ways there you will defenitely find the proper solution for your problem..
And one more thing ,, if the company is sending you out by saying the third grade reasons . That company might not be a nice one to get to be grown by them.. Thats good for you to take a better company to grow yourself with the company.

Dear Friend,
From you letter, I feel some one has instigated your finance controller against you & your Sr. Manager. It might be the H.R. Head who is working against you. If you got your termination letter, don't wait more, immediately start legal proceedings. Don't wait more. No body can terminate any employee without any serious reason and you have to fight it back.
Best wishes

Dear Neha
As Mr Badlu said, termination and warning do not go together. Domestic enquiry, and then punishment and appeal, approaching a labour court are all open to employees who are defined as workmen under the respective act.
As a HR person if u r going resort to these means, it may be harmful for yr future career when no other management wud willing employ such a person that too in HR whatever the provocation may be.
Sexual harassment at workplace is a mental torture and instead of being tormented by such evils, get out quietly when u get a job.
It seems yr fin. controller is hell bent to remove u in favour of his relative.
As a managerial staff, as a HR person, be sensible and practical so that u can nurture yr career which shud be quite long. Life is not a day's game.

With due respect to Mr Rammurthy's advise I humbly disagree with Mr.Rammurthy advise to escape of this dispute by accepting termination. Because its bad blow on Ms Neha's career graph on record her termination on the ground of indispiline this also would result in problems for her search in future jobs.
Search another job that kind of suggestion is not appropriate here as this is inevitable and Neha has to search another job even if she did not post this issue to this forum.
Neha would not have preferred to post this issue on this forum just to get as advise to search another job......
