What type of error you are getting while opening such a useful file.
May be while opening it ask to Enable or Disable the Macros!. Plz choose Enable Macros for proper functioning of the file.

" Excel_Functions.xls cannot be accessed. The file mat be read only, or you may be trying to access a read only location. Or, the server the document is stored on may not be responding."
