Sir,
Our TN Factory's Rules 1950. Our DCIF visited our factory following a complaint letter that was given in that letter. Section 38(1)(3) Rule 61(15): What does this section say? (Because in Tamil font, it is not visible and also Section 38(1)(3) Rule 61(11)(e).
Kindly provide your reply.

Hello friends,
Can anyone tell me which safety course is approved by the Tamil Nadu government? According to the Factories Act of 1948, Section 40B, the individual must have a diploma from the State Board of Technical Education.
I have an advanced diploma in industrial safety from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. Is it approved in all states or only in Maharashtra?
Please post your answer as soon as possible.
Thanks!
