Please inform your manager that Quarterly review will not gives a good picture about your company. Rather thatn you can adopt Half-Yearly review and Annual.
You can measure the following for the Track record.
1. KRA 1 - No.of Existing clients Vs Clients increased in the current quarter
Revenue Generated in this current quarter. Comparision with the Previous quarter / Previous Year's quarter. Bench Mark that.
Like this you can add more number of tasks as per the need of the function. Like retention of customers.. Initiatives taken by the employee etc.
You can also maintain a tracker for the past records of every employee. This will help you in final assessment of the employee.

We have done Mid-Year Performance Review in our organisation for the first time for sales people and few people have been identified as low performers i.e. unable to achieve the targets.......and now we are planning to do counselling on one-to-one basis........Insteead of counslling we have named it a Personal Development Program....Could you suggest the areas to be discussed during the discussion? I have been asked to design a Personal development Program form........pl. do reply if you can help on the aforesaid query.....
