i have a query that my company has transfered me to a place after two month
again transfered to another place which is again 2000 km away from my house but inthis period my father has cardiac surgery so i have request for cancellation but after 15 days he replied me we are unabale to cosidere your request but again i have request for 20days to acess here inthis meantime i have to settle and then go there but without replying me company has not allowed me to enter in office inthis time ihave a pl around 28 days . after some days i have regined due to my father condition is not stable so it is unable to go there mentionioning 60 days notice period. inthis time i have to search job .
BUT COMPANY RIGHT NOW GIVE ONLY 10DAYS NOTICE PERIOD AND INFORM ME THAT YOUR NOTICE PERIOD HAS BEEN COUNT FROM TRANSFER DATE AND STILL DATE NOT ALLOWED ME TO OFFICE WHICH IS 70000 CRORE COMPANY SO PLZ COFROM ME NOTICE PERIOD IS COUNTED BEFORE REGINATION OR AFTER SO PLZ SUGEST ME WHAT CAN I DO

I am Bharat ,working as safety officer in Thermal power plant (contract O&M) as per my call letters I have one year agreement but due to some politics in our management they have remove me from job even though I have 7months left for my one year agreement.They informed me on month end and said not to come from next month.
They did not removed me based on my work performance ,behavior etc...They just removed me to give job to their relative.
With sudden information what should I do ,how to survive with my family ,should there any law that the company should give me 3month's advance or continue my job for 3month's to find new job.what should I do tell me sir.
