I have recently joined a 3 year old Organization registered under Bombay shops and establishment act, and under DIC. The organization did not have any fix set of rules in HR, and their is no fixed % of calculations in salary structure.
The major problems faced are:
1. Their is no PF account of employer so should the organization have PF deduction in salary structure.
2. Please provide components for salary structure, and their % respectively.
3. How much Professional tax to be deducted and different slabs for doing so.
4. No of leaves per year and their bifurcation.
5. How to calculate amount to be deducted for unpaid leave.
