Dear All,
This is Chefajay and I have done Awarded Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Switzerland also worked with world Finest Property, presently working as E.H.O(Environment Health Officer) and also having my own Catering Consultancy Service, after long research though should started this.i guess which is required almost for everyone after reading all this comments and observe should suggestion my own experience basically most of people or u can say staff /employee doesn't know about what should we eat in everyday basis which required for our body. simple or direct preparation is always a good option, our body requires six basic elements which is essential for every day basis that is Carbohydrate,Fat,Protein,Vitamin,Mineral, and Water which should be there in your menu what we can call Balance diet.
please give important for healthy food means which is simple in preparation a touch of home style cooking and easy to digest we can give variation in cooking don't go much for gravy base it will cause so many side effect do not forget to add Banana Curd Chaas salad etc etc ... in your menu what i did here is started taking presentation on Food Science & Nutrition and Level 2 Food Fact/Balance Diet and Science Behind food its make my way very clear people came to know so many things after thing i conduct this awareness program in so many companies and helping HR if anyone need related this issue may contact me or drop me mail most welcome will be happy to help you...
my simple fix menu is......
Salad/Papad/Pickle - Curd or Chaas or one Banana
Soup
Dry Veg (Seasonal Vegetable)
One simple curry veg
Plain Rice or Veg Biryani or Khichadi
Dal or Kadhi or Raita
Sweet twice in a week plus
Roti / pori / paratha /Theple
i also take suggestion of staff member to keep their own choices of food, Conduct training of Hygiene in Kitchen and Grooming Standard will help in every day practices
