I would like to add one more important point on this that PF is only applicable on Salary(Basic+DA) 6500/Monthly and its organisation liablity to deduct PF of each employee who are getting 6500/ or less monthly wages,A company voluntary can give PF above this salary range too.
Please visit at :: Global Overseas - Home :: Compliance Audit, ISO certification, BFSI Audit, Export, Jem, Jewellery, chemical Industry. for more details.

Also a employee can voluntarily contribute in his pf account more than the amount {(Basic+Da)*12%.}

The question is very clear.
CTC considers only employer's contribution(12 %) and that has been the practice in industry including MNCs. If any company is considering Employee's contribution too it is purely unethical.
