I get 12000 Indian rupees as my salary. I work in a school what should be pf deducted amount from my salary if I present only 18 days in month January.. I know that 1440 will be amount for 12000 if I present 31 days but I was only 18 days present

Is there a new judgement by Honorable Supreme Court of India that from now the PF would be deducted on full sallary & not on the basic salary (upper limit of deducting PF is as it is).
Please confirm.
