Hi,

I dont find any use of saying sorry.Company is small and not paying salary on time.We all work for salary to some extent. If its not on time any person will get demoralize.

Your cousin has done nothing wrong if he asked for the salary. He has worked for them its his right to ask for salary.Mark 2-5 more mails from your personal mail id for proof.

Dont write the apology letter and switch to new company.Market is small.companies knows the level of each other.Start facing interviews and in interview clearly tell the reaons to HR.Also convey that might be you will not be able to provide relieving letter.also keep a back up of all mails to use them in your favour in future.

As soon as you get good job switch dont even serve notice. If they are not paying you and harrasing you then there is no use of being too loyal to such company. While relieving tell your owner that u have all the harrasing mails with you if he did anything against your career in future then you will send it to labour commissioner and then be ready to bear case expenses. He is guilty and will not take any risk.

Good Luck !!!!!

Dear Roadies,
Perhaps you are new to this forum."Do not post anything derogatory about any company or entity." and names should be avoided..We are here for solutions for not creating problem.
World is full of such companies, why should we name just a single company then.If we will revert them in a positive way only then problem can be cured.
We are here to support a person in trouble not to increase his/her troubles..So we dont demand names. Its not ethical also.
