Hi Neetha and freinds,
I had raised this issue in another fashion but it was not discussed too much. Now u may see the following links:

Note: From my point of view, DRESS Code is not necessary but decent dress is must. Pls keep in mind always that OPPOSITE POLES ATTRACTS EACH OTHER. Now how both poles will be neutral??????? Hence decent dress is needed to avoid such attraction................what u say????????????????

Hi Mariam,
To sift an employee is an easy task to close the issue. But we are suppose to close such type of issue on permanently basis, if we will enfoce to wear decent dress.
We are not supose to give freedom to happen such thing.

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone differentiate between DECENT DRESS and DRESS CODE???? I think that some freinds are confused. Pls try to understand these two words. I am not saying for DRESS CODE, I m insisting on DECENT DRESS.
Note: Coca-Cola has specific dress. Pls see the employee's dress, if possible.

Hi,
This is again a question of debate.
You need to check yourself first , if the complaint is genuine and if you feel that the dress is really indecent, then conduct a random survey and know if other employees in the company also feel the same as you or the complainant. If other employee's also say that the dress of a particular person is distracting or indecent, then you need to advice the individual on the dress code ethics in your company. So that this is not repeated again.
Else , explain the Complainant that it was not that distracting and if he/she insists, then change his work place.
Dress code policy as such is not a must, but if it defined, it would save lot of time and make the expectation's very clear to all employee's in the organization.
