I support what kusumadhar says.. When i meant close it should not be to the extent of we ( junior or anyone below) being the victim.
What ever has to be discussed , let it be to the point. I know we will become bosses too... but then like Sidheshwar says,, we all have our own individual nature.. and right now what we are doing is just collecting points which each of us share so that when we become bosses we remember this.

Just Remember one Mantra
Every boss has a problem that is bothering him or where he needs help.
Just be vigilant about it and see how you can contribute towards reducing it.
If you are not in good terms with the boss, the reason maybe that you are aggravating his concerns.

I fully endorse with Ruchi Mittal's approach. Try to search for an opportunity in every threat. As we all know we cannot have choice of people around us be it a boss,peer or subordinate. If Ur good everybody will at least try to change themselves and adopt your strategies. If U reboke, i think we would be ruining our own career. All the five fingers cannot be alike. Is IN't it.

iwant to know if the boss is not happy with ur work then what to do?
i think in my view if ur boss is not hapy with ur work then only way to make him feel happy is to say "YES BOSS" at evry moment and at evry time weather the thing is write or wrong.it depend upon u in which maner r u saying yes or no.ther r several ways of saying yes boss to boss.
in certain organistions boss checks weather u r only saying yes or trying to understand what do u want to say.if he want ur views bout saome topic n u rjust saying yes or no by shaking ur head then he know that ther is nothing in the person he is just shaking is head behind me nothing else.
remember in private concern boss is always right.
