Its very good to hear that u are doing MBA from ICFAI in HR and Systems.
carrer in HR is little tougher but it s not as diffcult as u feel.. there are ample number of JOBS in HR but u have to find a Rihgt one for ur self.
intially to make an entry in to the World of HR Jobs u can start carrer as a IT Recruiter or u can start it with any consultecey or BPO in the Relevent Portfolio.. have patience and keep an eye on the Market and try to cope with the expectencey levels of HR portfolio.. u just began with small opportunity then opportunites will come to serch u..
