Dear Satya as far as my knowledge is concern u are not eligible. but u can take the number of sail from its website, make a call there and clear urs query.
u can fill the form of HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM . (hindustan petroleum.com)
and u definetly elligible for that coz cut off percentage is only 60% in qualifying examination.

i am also planning to appear for this This exam {SAIL MT Admin} can we start Sharing the Sylabus and Books that we have 2 Refer...I wish all to crack the exam...
