Labour Laws like any other law, requires that the branch follow the laws of the location where it is situated. Location of employment is a major factor and has to be taken into consideration . The Compensation components like minimum wages , working hours, holidays, DA, HRA etc. varies from state to state.
Generally the primary guidelines are mostly the same but the minor points differs from state to state.
