I have seen companies getting often in Fire Fighting Mode because of faulty/who cares type of decision making. That leaves less room for urgent but less important or not important work.
It is here that 'Delegation' of work may come handy, for many a type of Not urgent but Important tasks. Primaries being done by someone you trust and groom reduces the work load, spares you of time pressure as it helps complete task by just overseeing the input & making small corrections if necessary.
Delegation is necessary because many of the urgent but not important tasks also need to be done in reasonable frame of time.

Hi seniors,
I have doubt regarding calculation of bonus.
one staff's total salary is 8000/- (Basic pay Rs.4800 & 3200 allowance). During Dec'2010 his no. of working days ony 10. & he got salary Rs.2581/-. While calculating bonus for that particular month, what is his eligible salary for bonus. Is It Rs 1129/-(3500/31 X 10) Kindly help

I need Advice from HR team, I completed MBA form 2009. now I am working as a HR Executive in a Distributor of P&G products.Since 6months I am working hear. Thing is, My HR Manger is not giving any work to me. Daily I am coming to office but not doing any work. I am not satisfied with the Job. So many time I asked him.He said I ll give the work but till now I am not doing any thing. I don't Know whom to I report. Please advice me. and Thank you.
