Hello Sir, My mother is receiving a family pension of my Father who has expired during his tenure as a school teacher in High School.On that ground she got my Father's job and was appointed school teacher in Middle school. After joining the school, the family pension gets reduced by half as per government rule. Now she will be getting her own pension after retirement.
My question is : Can she get both the pensions together? If not then can the Father's family pension be transferred from my mother's name (currently she is the alone nominee) to her son's name.
Please note both the pensions are from the state government in Jharkhand.

husband and wife both are working as a govt. job. after the death of husband,his wife is getting a pension. but now woman is retired from govt.job and she is getting a pension.
