Dear Mamta,
I hope at least you are getting your Salary Slips. Apart from this if your salary is being paid in your Bank directly Or by Cheque payment , your bank acct statement can become your docuementory evidence in worst case.
However, I fully agree with other friends here that you will have to initiate the same.

Hello Mamata,
Hello Mamata,
Inform your boss that you require the appointment letter or work experience letter to submit for Home loan purpose and make him to realize that if you don't get that then you may force to quit the company.
There is no point of working in such companies, you have to take decisions to findout the right jobs.

Hi Mamta
First check whether your company has been brought under EPF coverage.
If it was covered, then look for form 9.
If the form 9 is being maintained, verify it wether all the employees currently working are being enrolled correctly. if it is maintained correctly, then there is no meaning in avoiding issue of offer letter & appointment orders.
Most probably you will find that there should be something wrong with form9. pl verify then decide the course of your next action.

Hey Mamta,
If u r in HR then you should take this opportunity as a challenge and prepare some dummy formats and discuss them with your HR Head or immediate superior in HR......
Else each and every organization maintains HR Records for all the employees.... from there you can have company format of Offer letter / Appointment letter... whatever ur co. says it.....
Else if nothing will work then u should mark a mail to all the employees in HR dept... and mark the same to your company's top management people.....
Make sure that before marking any mail to the top management of the co. you must have marked some mails to your senior, so that you can show such thing as a proof to th top management if required...............
Always remember this exp.... whenever u r going to change your job....

Dear Mamta,

From your signature I understand you are the HR there.

Use this environment as an opportunity to grow. If there were no systems - create it!

I dont know what else to say. I guess you need to re evaluate your skill sets and see how to best utilize them in current scenario.
Dont run away from problems... then they will keep chasing you forever. If you turn back and face it, it will look like problems are running away from you.
