Good one but only books wording used. This has been made magnificent if you could had used certain real life examples from Corporates or add some smaller case study so that it can be easy for peoples to corelate.
Anyway, I does not wish to sound critical to the paper , instead few suggestions to make it more Alive rather than documentary paper.
