I am fully agree with explanation given by some of our other friend's, now i would like add one more thing which is about Human Behavior.
as human being you think that you are or your job is not secure there, but i would like to remind you that you are not ordinary employee of your organization, you are from HR department, if you get demotivated or you get confuse, then what message will go to other employee,
If, you yourself is not confident then how can you motivate Your employee. employee growth or ultimately Organization growth is depend not only on skill of employee but also there moral,confident,attitude, and we are here to boost all these of employee not to decrease.
As a HR Professional first of all go to root cause of every problem then REACT on IT.
This above mention point by you is normal in current Industries Status, do not get Emotional & be professional and Best of Luck to you.
