hiiiiiiiiiii SHEELA I hav just complete my training in CADILA PHARMACEUTICALS i am still an HR student, but being an student of MHRD, I can only advice You to concentrate MORE SPECIFICALLY on HRP/MPP and PA . by following this 2 u will be more close to other COre HR terms I gurantee u............dnt wory If possible always refer STEPHEN ROBBINS, as an MBA STUDENT U would be well known with this. because most of the HR gurus had writeen books and articles refering robinns only i hoope it will very very much help ful to u.

Here I am sending you the steps we go through at time of joining of any employee, this is prepared me myself so if u find any mistake then please! let me know about that, m also a learner same as u r, infact m still a student this is my 4th sem, m working on a part time basis but at this part m lucky that here in my organization the HR Manager resigned and now I have got the opportunity to look after the whole HR work, no body is here to teach me but still........"turn the files and run the Dept."
Tell me about the forms u want to know?
