Hi,
In the payroll processing, one of our employee is marked as resigned by his reporting manager.
But he is still existing. Hr is asking for new joining Documents so, that HR can roll out new emp ode and new PF nos.
This Faculty has not got salary from Sep 2013 to April2014. Still salary is not processed for any of tese faculties. hence 7 months salary is on hold.
Even though, we are asking HR to Process his salary , HR explanation is PF and Salary fund instruction is given hence can't reverse.
Doing so , the Faculty will have 2 empcode & 2 PF nos. Which HR is not ready to Reverse.
But the Faculty is not ready to resubmit the documents.How to do now?. Need a urgent solution, as this is has become a biggest problem .
by the way, i don't have much knowledge as compare to HR. So i require your Help.Please
