4. Stationary
5. Electrical related works
6. Carpenter related works
7. Ticket booking
8. Organising parties and functions
9. statutory compliance
10. Liaison with Government officials etc.
11. estate maintenance
12. looking after day to day office activities
13. record attendance and checking attendance register
14. preparing various MIS
15. Assist with preparation of the budget
16. Implement financial policies and procedures
17. Establish and maintain supplier accounts
18. Ensure data is entered into the system
19. Assist with the annual audit
