Its been said that " Wakt se pahle our kismat se jyada kuch nahi milta" but you have to always put in lots of efforts in your work what you are doing.. Success and Money will then automatically come behind you.
As you are working in government sector, you will not get ample of opportunities because of its stringent structure... Only the best thing about govt organization is the JOB SECURITY...
As I can see from your post that you are BE, MBA. You can find many good opportunities in market with this qualification..and if you hunt with all the efforts you will definitely good opportunity, work wise and also money wise...
What you can do now is start looking for good job and simultaneously strengthen your profile by learning various things.Do some certifications or courses related to your field. If you are in IT field then you can also try to join open source community...
