Dear Friends,
The Bond, matters in situations. If an employer recruites a person for a particular field and sends him for a important training (even to abroad). If an employer spends much money for aa employee, surly the management will expect the employee to work for them minimum for 3 years. so they go for the agreement or bond for a particular period. In this situation, if that trained employee goes out at once after training, surly it is legal bound. But there in no Law or act available. But if the management makes use of the particular employee without giving any promotion or increament (since he has signed in bond), then the employee can use the bond as his weapon.
To my liitle knowledge, i hope this is correct. I request seniors advice on the same.

But In my case I have not given any training(except induction that too it was for few hours) And also appointment letter shows i was in probation period. Do they really can claim bond money from me?
