As u are from Core HR exp, learning SAP HCM would be easy for u subject to certain submodules,
the rest of the modules would be new to you, you can join any institute but you need to practice a lot to get hold of the HCM concepts.

Dear Mr Akhilesh,
Greetings for the day.
I need the steps/screen shots/path to get the Applicant Number for the New Applicant.
The steps what i know are:
SPRO-->PERSONEEL MGT-->RECRUITMENT-->BASIC SETTINGS-->CREATING APPLICANT NUMBER -->ADVERTISING-->MEDIA-->CREATE RECRUITMENT INSTRUMENTS -->APPLICANT ADMINISTRATION-->CREATE PERSONNEL OFFICER-->....?
After these steps what i have to do for getting the Applicant number and Hiring the candidate with PA module.
Kindly do the needful.

Before taking your career to SAP please know the pros n cons of it. Just because it has a good scope,good market opportunities,dont move to it. If you know about it and if u have interest in it,go Ahead. good luck.
