Dear All
The question is about implementing biomatric recorder for CL. It is suggested that as a principal employer you can implement this system for security reasons as it is your right to monitor movement of persons in your premisis. The data generated can be used to varify "on work" attendance of the labours. But you should not project it as "muster roll" as you do not have any emplyer-employee realtionship with the contract labours. Strictly monitor that the contractor maintiinas musrter roll as prescribed in ACT/Rule for performance of compliance and payment as the daily wage payment has to be in accordance with his attendfance records.
