I really want to thank you for your thought of supporting and helping we juniors in the Training and HR departments. Iam a bud in this field i can say. I just started coaching. I would like to know how to go about it. I have done courses related to presentation skills and TTT.
Iam confident of presenting but just confused of how much information i can provide to the trainees in an hours time.
Next week iam going to give presentation on customer service. It's only for an hour can u tell me how to go about?
I have a thought of making it more interactive. Can you suggest me any roleplay or a game related to it?
