I think the definition of "Employee" covers the domestic help too:
Section 2(n)“Employee” means a person employed for any work directly, or by or through any agency (including a contractor), with or without the knowledge of the principal employer, whether for remuneration or not, or working on a voluntary basis, whether the terms of employment are express or implied, and includes any person employed as a temporary, casual, badli, piece-rated or contract worker, probationer, trainee, apprentice or by any other name called;

Can anyone clarify my doubt..... if a male employee sexually harrase female employee, is it possible to terminate him immediately..... if it is possible pls send the letter format.
