Its good to see you thinking differently. Congrats for your effort. I have a suggestion, if we want to retain a employee we have to make him satisfied with both monetory and non monetory benefits. A satisfied employee yield high productivity. Whatever you have done on the monetory side is good at the same time think on providing issuing sodexo coupons, providing two weeks or a week yearly vocation in order for the employees to have work life balance. This way fresher will stick to a concern and will never leave the concern, if you take genuine interest in them they will really be loyal and think twice or thrice before they put papers for resignation.
