Dear Sir,
Let me put some other points in respect of Payment Gratuity Act'72:
1) Suppose if an employee joint an Organisation on a certain date and continue in service for one year. The same staff took leave for one month of entitled leave and did not reported the post for six more months (considered as no Pay leave). And the same staff reported the post on the first day of the seventh month. He continues for another one year. He once again took leave for another month of entitled leave in the following year and did not reported the post for six more months (considered as no Pay leave). In such conditions how the employer will find out the service period of the said employee?
2) Does AWOL considered as service period as per context of the Gratuity Act'72?
3) Does the Payment of Gratuity Act'72 consider only the DOJ and DOL?
Your valuable advice in this respect will be highly appreciated.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully
