Hi All,
In my openion, you should first call a meeting with your HR department and then talk to them directly how they are unprocessed and whar efforts they can give to streamline.
And then finally you add on sumthing, then they will add on sum points, ideally we all know what all are the functions of hr dept so just try to implement one by one.
Then you will soon see a great change.
Thanks
Manu

Hi Sanjeevi,
HR being a vast system, could sometimes pose difficulty in streamlining its functions and processes. Keeping this in mind, we developed a solution called sumHR that streamlines HR processes in a hassle-free way. It has an extremely delightful and user-friendly UI and comes at a very affordable price.
More than 100 companies have laid their trust on sumHR and are totally satisfied with our solution. Some of them include Moojic, Veena world, Akosha, Junglee games and CashKaro. You can give a quick look at our happy customers (https://www.sumhr.com/customers-and-testimonials/).
Some of its features are:
1) Leaves tracking and active attendance monitoring.
2) Monthly payroll processing.
3) Company social network called streams for employee engagement
4) Cloud based, hence, safe storage of data and easy accessibility to it from any server.
5) Reimbursement
6) PF and ESIC
7) IT declaration

Hi all,
I think you should first identify the required HR processes for the company and prioritise them . Now start working on each process....prepare the formats and polies required to set up the process and implement it.
regards.
