i read your comments above, i am working on my performance appraisal project just need your help to know whether am i on the right track. i am attaching a questionnaire i have made please lemme know whether i hv made to proper as my topic is to check the effectiveness of the present appraisal system in the organisation and if it is not effective i need to suggest them with some correction.
plz do go through the questionnaire and guide me for the same.
