I have to join a IT company as a programmer through a consultant. But the consultant people needs my tenth Marksheet for the agreement period of 1 Year.
But the consultant is ready to give the acknowledgement that he is holding the Marksheet for one year.
Is it is advisable..to hand over the Marksheet?
Whether is it is legal that a consultant demanding Mark sheet as a hold for him,1 year.?

see u can sign a bond with an employee but it is not an ultimate solution to avoid such seperation as this kind of bond is questaionable under the eye of law. u can find an article on the citehr.com.
you can keep one employee under pressure of bond but somebody is knowing this may leave your organization....so what i suggest is put a clause under this agreement for reimbursement of the cost incurred after training for that particular employee....person may leave organization by paying the cost to train...
it is the basic right given to every indian in constitution to have suitable job/employment......
for your information....
