Dear sir
My name is Jackie and i am working in a waste management company, and i am working as a security manager, we have 10 different plants across the india and i have to look after everything related to security, fire safety, staff safety, building safety, theft precaution, and also have to look after about staff loyalty that they are working loyally and they are not making their own money by cheating the company, we have some hazardous chemicals at our sites to destroy waste.
so can you please suggest how to manage all this things ? i need many things from you if you can help me here
1. SOP for security officers, security supervisors, and security guards.
2. check list for daily safety and necessary checks.
3. Security management / planing
4. Yearly budget module
5. Security staff's performance track record.
6. How to run a small security company

2. check list for daily safety and necessary checks.- Should deploy auditor for understand your plant / service location/ office or premise to analysis then will prepare detail check list from the bottom level staffs
3. Security management / planing - Should have ground analysis to prepare it if need general security management process please read book of Industrial security by New age publications
