Quite nicely made... but it limitizes its usage as Yearly Planner as it may contain the exits also, so can be internaslly used by HR Dept. only but can't be placed on Notice Board of the Company.

Good compilation. A suggestion: Consider hyper linking the staff's email against the date and write a program to send across a greeting mail automatically on that day. Am sure, this is possible. Come on, technical wizards, help.
