I know someone who is going to join a organization with fake job profile as the person has exp in Java but going to join with exp in SAP, if i had make a complaint in the organization, about this, they will take any action against the candidate. Because it's kill opportunity for others who is carrying exp in SAP. and according to me organization has to take more strict action in this type of case.
