December every year. You may visit the website of the Maharashtra Labour Department for the circulars/notifications in this regard. Further, if you require such rates for all states and central government, you may visit website paycheck.in where you can access all rates.

The pop up of the website of the State will appear which, if you click, will show the rates/notifications.
