I have a query regarding CL & SL. One of my employee has started taking 2 to 3 leaves every month since last few months. She avails this by using CL & SL.
My query is that Can these leaves be given as paid leaves?
I mean both CL and SL can be given as Paid leaves to an employee??
If yes, then in what scenario and which circumstances this benefit can be extended to an employee??
