Its not all about the thing comes to us, it depends how we take it forward.
"When we start walking we carry an empty bag with us, we look at the good and bad things and immediately load it with.. we somehow don't realize how it can be beneficial for us but we keep filling out our empty bag.."
If we'll start filtering the bad things, which is giving us unnecessary load, we would surely be able to take out positive things with us.. don’t look at those, which might not be useful for you.. Look at the point where someone ask you that you have not done it properly..

Every persons' major intention is to control the other persons what ever may the field, in every filed in every persons life this will happen. In every persons life every day is a battle if u want to face this battle u have to move with more strategical and tactical way. Even some times you may face this domination from your home or from you friends not a few.., in several ways u will face this domination. Before going to discuss how to offend we have to understand the psychology of the people.
Every one has insecurities. When you show yourself in the world and display your talents, you naturally stir up all kinds of resentment, envy, and other mainfestations of insecurity. This is to be expected. You can not spend your life worrying about the petty feelings of others. With those above you, however u must take a different approach: When it comes to domination/power, outshining the master perhaps the worst mistake.
Don't show your talents in an in-appropriate times, it will leads to rejection/resistance from power players. They intend to control u because of they have some insecurities. In order to maintain their level they used to control you in various ways....
Within this time you have to surrender to the person who is dominating you....
U have to create a environment to share his entire emotions , feelings, objectives and thoughts with u and then attack him on his weak area.That he should not excpected earlier.
When u are weak never fight for honor's sake; choose surrender instead. This will gives time to recover, time to torment and irritate your oppenent.

No one can dominate any person unless his/her acceptance, or lack of Knowledge relating job responsibility, organization culture etc. how to face this problem Number. One patience.. Patience.. Patience …second used tactic remember knowledge is not everything during the work. Third never shared or discussed this kind of problem to colleague, office staff and others those who acknowledged your seniors. Last more than 10 years am doing the same and to some extent succeed.

Domination and mistakes are two different things....every one do mistakes important is how you learn from it and avoid doing the same in future if you repeat its a blunder which MNC DO NOT ACCEPT.
about domination, if its related with the experience ppl from your team try learning things quickly and not to give them any chance to speak, you need to be proactive and try to win them....
