If the employees are not comfortable coming at 9.45am...u can submit a copy of attendance to management and ask for changing the timing from 10 am....to 6:30 pm
Do you deduct the salary / deduct their PL for all late comings..??
U can install Biometrix attendance machine, which will help u check timing .. go for finger punching machine...
